12 April 2014 International Conference: "Development - an alternative to the tunnel scenarios of social degradation"

Dedicated to the 53rd anniversary of the first human spaceflight

On the 12th of April, 2014 at 10:00 at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Brussels, the international conference “Development - an alternative to the tunnel scenarios of social degradation" will take place.

The organizer is the international not-for-profit youth organization “New Youth Policy”.

Presentations on the following topics will be given:

• What are “tunnel scenarios”?

• Controlling scenarios of social development through images

• Break through the tunnel scenarios with development

• The “unconditional basic income”

In conclusion of the conference, a resolution will be signed, which will become an informational product reflecting the presentations, their discussion, and participants’ common views on the proposed topics.
